As our practice continues to grow and expand specialized services, we are implementing updated membership pricing and tiered program options that reflect the level of access, clinical oversight, and individualized care provided.
MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS
Basic Primary Care Membership:
- $100 one-time enrollment fee
- $95 for the first month
- $95 per month ongoing
- Includes comprehensive primary care, extended visits, direct provider access, care coordination, and initial routine laboratory evaluation
- After initial labs, additional labs may be ordered through the laboratory of your choice, with insurance billing or discounted cash-pay pricing, depending on patient preference
Weight Loss Program (Add-On):
- $150 per month total
- Medications not included
- Includes medical oversight, metabolic support, and ongoing monitoring
- Labs beyond initial routine testing are additional and may be ordered through insurance or cash-pay options
Hormone Optimization Program (Add-On):
- $150 per month total
- Hormone-specific labs are additional
- Medications not included
- Includes hormone management, symptom monitoring, and dose adjustments as clinically indicated
Functional Medicine "Deep Dive" Program (Add-On):
- $95 base membership
- + $150 per month
- Specialty and functional medicine labs are additional
- Includes comprehensive root-cause evaluation, advanced interpretation, and personalized care planning
- Labs may be ordered through preferred specialty labs or standard laboratories using insurance or discounted self-pay pricing
These updates allow us to maintain high-quality, unrushed care while remaining significantly more affordable than traditional concierge and functional medicine practices.
