We moved to Homosassa almost 5 years ago. I lived in Lakeland and I had been using Watson Clinic for years. We I moved here I started looking for the closest as Watso Clinic. I could find one that was the closest to Watson Clinic I could find. When I found the clinic I liked, I set up my first visit with Amanda.
Amanda was amazing!! She listened to me and took lots of notes. We worked out a health and lifestyle plan right then.
Not to much time later I started to develope abdominal pain. Intense cramping. I wasn't consistent. While I was in her office for a visit and I started having pain while I was sitting with her.
Amanda didn't hesitate, she tasked her staff to search for the closest office and earliest time to do a colonoscopy and set me up with a date and time before I left the office.
My colonoscopy found a tumor in my colon. And set me for immediate surgery to remove the tumor.
I credit Amanda with saving my life. She is always available for a phone call and if she is busy she will call you back before the end of day.
I have never, in my 60+ years ever, had a care provider with the personal compassion and engaging personality of Amanda Mendoza.
